Staff Accountant

Cast Finance is a modern accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory partner — built for today’s entrepreneur. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll work closely with a team of accountants to support a diverse set of Member businesses across multiple industries, gaining hands-on experience preparing core financials, ensuring data accuracy, and helping Members understand the direct impact of strong accounting on their operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understand and adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, including QuickBooks Online, Excel, project management tools, and AI assistants
