Job Description
Castelion is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts at its Torrance, California headquarters, supporting engineering, manufacturing, integration, and test activities.
Requirements
- Serve as the EHS leader for the Torrance headquarters, responsible for developing and managing site EHS programs, systems, and policies to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain risk management programs including hazard assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety reviews to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and local regulations, including oversight of environmental programs such as hazardous materials management, hazardous waste, air emissions, and stormwater compliance.
