Job Description
Castelion is seeking a Weapons Integration Engineer to ensure seamless integration of weapon systems with ground launchers, tactical/multi-role aircraft, and future systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, mission/weapon integration, and technical project management, with a strong analytical and communication skillset.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Castelion and government customers, platform manufacturers, and other external stakeholders
- Develop and execute fast-paced integration plans and schedules to deliver and field weapon systems
- Review and assess interface specifications, drawings, and design documents for functional, electrical, software, and physical interfaces
- Collaborate across internal engineering teams to perform design trades and optimize overall system performance
- Represent Castelion at customer meetings, design reviews, test campaigns, and demonstrations
