Job Description
Castlery is seeking a Showroom Manager to join their Brisbane Retail team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Manager will lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure brand consistency. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer-first mindset and a passion for customer experience.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.
