Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Engineer with expertise in industrial coatings, particularly thermal spray and epoxy coating technologies, for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical preferred)
- 5–7 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the coatings industry in Saudi Arabia
- Solid product knowledge in thermal spray coating, epoxy coating, and related surface protection solutions
- Hands-on experience dealing with EPC contractors and understanding project procurement cycles
- Strong business network with major Saudi industrial clients (Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, SWCC, Ma’aden, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in preparing technical-commercial proposals and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Passion for field travel across Saudi Arabia with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision
