Project Manager - Metal Fabrication

We are seeking a Project Manager - Metal Fabrication to oversee projects in our services department related to surface protection and wear management solutions at our Menomonee Falls facility.

Requirements

• Lead projects related to anti-wear solutions and mechanical manufacturing for industrial clients
• Analyze the technical needs of clients and recommend the most suitable solution
• Prepare quotes for potential projects
• Support sales team in developing projects for key industry clients and managing client communications
• Analyze potential risks in projects
• Plan and coordinate the different phases of projects: material selection, implementation, scheduling and performance validation
• Communicate and coordinate with production team to optimize workflow
• Oversee logistics and procurement of materials and equipment
• Develop, maintain and manage timelines and budgets
• Develop and adapt internal standard documents to meet industry needs
• Potential travel to customer sites – 10%
• Other tasks as defined
