Job Description
The Associate Director, Facilities & Engineering will be responsible for the overall facilities needs for both GMP and non GMP areas, including manufacturing, quality compliance lab, product development lab, warehouse and administrative buildings. The role will involve managing and executing preventive maintenance, repairs, installation and calibrations on building utilities, HVAC, control systems, EMS/BAS and process equipment within GMP compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred; additional experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Strong leadership/supervisory skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Hands-on maintenance/facilities experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, boiler and steam systems, heating hot water systems, energy management EMS/BAS and compressed process gas systems
