The Business Development Account Director Consumer Health will drive growth and market penetration across the DACH and Benelux regions. The role involves managing existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closing.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of commercial experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, or Healthcare
- Deep knowledge of the customer landscape in DACH and Benelux
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment
