- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer health companies
- Present and promote CDMO services to potential clients
- Partner with Commercial Operations and Legal to execute and negotiate complex development and supply agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
