Director of Quality

Director of Quality for Catalent's Boston-area facility, responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Laboratory department and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. The role involves determining and maintaining comprehensive systems to meet Catalent, Regulatory, and Customer requirements, managing the Quality budget, and liaising with other departments on aspects of Quality and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field required
• A minimum of ten 10 years' experience of leading a customer-focused quality function in a pharmaceutical GMP environment
• Leadership experience supervising a team of managers/supervisors and analysts, scientists, and quality specialists
• Demonstrated knowledge of International Quality and Compliance standards and requirements
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight and changing deadlines
