Requirements
- Effectively support, supervise, and monitor performance of Project Management Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators in the management of assigned projects
- Ensure the Project Management staff are trained and developed appropriately to meet the needs of the business and allow individuals to reach their full potential.
- Ensure the Project Management staff adheres to all G&Os, PM processes tools, and metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained for himself/herself and his/her colleagues by observing all safety procedures and working methods, and reading, understanding, and following documents issued or notified to him/her.
- Initiate and manage assigned Project Management budget & provide effective support to teams as required and be the point of escalation for issues that Managers, Senior PMs, PMs, Coordinators need support to resolve.
- Ensure the Project Management staff supply required information and participate in forecasting, revenue, and S&OP activities.
- Support client visits along with business development and site leadership, and interact with clients related to new and on-going business & represent Global Director PM at Executive meetings as needed.
