Job Description
We are hiring a Manager - Engineering at Catalent Biologics in Madison, WI. The role involves providing guidance and oversight for equipment onboarding, retirement, and capital expenditure project management, as well as maintaining ownership of the capital expenditure process.
Requirements
- Technical or associate degree in engineering or related scientific field with a minimum of 10+ years related work experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related scientific field with a minimum of 6+ years related work experience OR
- Master’s degree in engineering or related scientific field with a minimum of 3+ year related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Leadership experience with engineering/automation personnel or project and team management
