Production Process Specialist (m/w/d)

Catalent is a global leader in contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) looking for a Production Process Specialist to support product development, market introduction, and delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle. The successful candidate will execute and document in-process controls for clinical trial samples, perform visual finished product inspections, and ensure SOP-conform release of production orders. The ideal candidate has 3-year training as PTA, PKA, MTA, CTA, ZMFA, MFA or equivalent; or alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience in a position as Operator I and Operator II in the CDS area.

Requirements

• 3-year training as PTA, PKA, MTA, CTA, ZMFA, MFA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a position as Operator I and Operator II in the CDS area
• Professional experience as PTA, PKA, MTA, CTA, ZMFA, MFA or equivalent
• Experience with drugs is advantageous
• At least 2 years of professional experience as Operator II
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations
• Knowledge of industrial packaging processes (manual/machine-based)
• Good communication skills, teamwork, high quality awareness and understanding
• High self-organization, high stress tolerance and flexibility and very careful work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, Outlook) and user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDEdwards, etc.) is desired
• Fluent German in speech and writing
