Senior Counsel

The Senior Counsel will provide direct support to the Company’s Pharma & Consumer Health business, providing legal advice and support on contract interpretation, business disputes, procurement, personnel matters, and real estate issues.

Requirements

• Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate terms and conditions, manufacturing, packaging, nutritional/pharmaceutical development, purchase, supply, license and master service agreements
• Advise regional personnel with respect to compliance policies, customer and vendor relations, contract matters, regulatory issues
• Assist in merger and acquisition activity
• Assist in corporate governance activity
• Provide general advice to senior management of the region and other regional managers on a day-to-day basis
