Senior Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel position at Catalent, providing support to the Pharma & Consumer Health business with 23 sites globally, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, and advising on compliance policies and regulatory issues.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of transactional/commercial law experience with a combination of large law firms and/or in-house pharmaceutical experience
• A record of outstanding academic achievement at the university and professional training levels
• Solid judgment, particularly in determining the significance of legal matters and when to elevate them to more senior department personnel and in effectively measuring and mitigating risks
