Job Description
The Senior Counsel will be an important member of the Legal and Compliance Department, providing direct support to the Company’s Biologics business. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for negotiating and documenting many types of commercial contracts and licenses on an international basis.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school, required
- Able to practice (to the extent required) as an in-house lawyer in New Jersey
- Minimum of three years of transactional/commercial law experience with a combination of large law firms and/or in-house pharmaceutical experience
