Senior Counsel

Senior Counsel position responsible for negotiating and documenting commercial contracts and licenses on an international basis, providing legal advice and support on various business matters, and assisting with merger and acquisition activity. The role requires a Juris Doctor degree, at least three years of transactional/commercial law experience, and the ability to practice as an in-house lawyer in New Jersey.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school, required
• Able to practice (to the extent required) as an in-house lawyer in New Jersey
• Minimum of three years of transactional/commercial law experience with a combination of large law firms and/or in-house pharmaceutical experience
