Requirements

• High School diploma with at least five years of relevant experience in a customer service field

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional Project Management Qualification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Well organized with ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
