Job Description
Join Catalis as a Product Owner and lead discovery, define and prioritize requirements, and maintain a clear, actionable backlog. Collaborate closely with customers and development teams to refine features and support Agile delivery.
Requirements
- Work experience or a Bachelor’s degree that built skills in analysis, communications and business.
- Strong interest in technology and its potential to solve real-world municipal challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to think in terms of user problems, workflows, and outcomes, not just features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and receive feedback.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, and Figma.
