Founding Technical Recruiter

We're seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to join our innovative open source visual AI platform, building an intuitive, code-free interface for generative workflows. The role involves full-cycle recruiting across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
• Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
• Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
• Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
• Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
• Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
