Founding Technical Recruiter for a leading talent agency, specializing in talent and recruitment. Work with founders to plan headcount, clarify role scopes, and maintain hiring momentum. Build and refine the recruiting engine, source creatively, and close high-quality candidates.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
• Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
• Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
• Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
• Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
• Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
