Requirements
- More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
- Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
- Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
- Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
- Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
- Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
