Banking Senior Consultant (PMO) - Contract - IT

We are seeking a Banking Senior Consultant (PMO) to facilitate project tasks and ensure successful project execution. The role involves collaborating with end users and Head Office, leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience
• Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-Banking, remittance, cross border payment, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053)
• Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations
• Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and associates
• Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus
• Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)
