Job Description
Senior Consultant (IT Infrastructure) role at a global professional services company, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating user business processes and requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of project management experience in banking industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure/network projects, including hands-on implementation.
- Proficiency in documentation using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including AS-IS clarification/visualization, root cause analysis, and preparation of decision-making documents.
- Able to speak in English and Japanese (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients).
- Experience with migration from Notes/Domino to Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Client-facing experience and prior working experience in a consulting firm.
