Job Description
Catania Oils, a fourth-generation, family-owned business, seeks a passionate and driven Bulk Quality Assurance Technician to join their team.
Requirements
- 1 year experience working as a Quality Technician in a production environment preferably food
- Degree in Biological Science or related disciplines or equivalent years of experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, SPC, TQM, FSMA and SQF Quality and Food Safety audits
- Problem solving and root cause analysis ability
- Good communicator, able to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong computer and numeration skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good documentation skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Able to work in all types of environments (weather, sounds etc.).
- Must be willing and capable of wearing a safety harness as required
