Shipping Operations Project Manager

As a Shipping Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of Catawiki's shipping operations. This role combines project management, operational ownership, and strong logistics expertise.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations within a technology-enabled environment
• Strong practical understanding of shipping carriers, delivery flows, and operational realities within the EU
• Experience working with shipping technology platforms or integrations
• Ability to manage operational interfaces and vendor tooling
• Proven ability to drive operational initiatives and get cross-functional work delivered
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to understand operational performance and root causes
