Job Description
At Catch Design, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design across complex digital projects, shaping direction from discovery through to delivery. You'll lead end-to-end UX/UI design, apply human-centred design principles, and work closely with developers, content designers, strategists, and producers to ensure seamless delivery. As a senior member of the design team, you'll mentor and support designers, contribute to evolving design systems, and champion high standards of craft, usability, and accessibility.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across projects
- Apply human-centred design principles
- Plan and lead research activities
- Translate insights into clear problem definitions
- Design and maintain component-based design systems
- Apply strong visual design craft
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with clients
- Work closely with developers, content designers, strategists, and producers
- Contribute to planning, estimation, and prioritisation within cross-functional teams
- Mentor and support designers
- Contribute to evolving design systems, tools, and ways of working
- Share knowledge, ideas, and new approaches that strengthen our design practice
- Champion high standards of craft, usability, and accessibility
