Job Description
CATCH, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to provide home and community supports to individuals with Autism/Intellectual disabilities. The DSP will assist with daily living skills, community integration, and socialization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- 1 year of experience with adults with Autism/Intellectual disabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of consumer records
- Ability to work with individuals with varying emotional and cognitive challenges
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
