Pastoral Lead

Support the Assistant Headteacher in providing leadership, vision, and direction across the school, with a focus on behaviour, personal development, and welfare. Oversee a holistic, person-centred approach to each learner's journey and ensure compliance with statutory guidance.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. teaching, youth work, social work, counselling, mentoring – minimum NVQ Level 2)
• Level 2 English and Maths
• Experience supporting young people with additional needs
• Access to a personal vehicle for work-related purposes
