Job Description
GIS developers work as part of a team to develop GIS applications and tools, analyze land and aerial imagery, and create specialized maps. Additional tasks include technical assistance, implementation of geospatial analysis tools, and writing technical documentation.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of GIS software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of relational database systems
- Good knowledge of geospatial data analysis
- Good knowledge of programming languages
- Working level of English and/or French
- A minimum of 4 years of IT professional experience
- 2 years GIS experience
- 2 years of analysis and programming experience
