Job Description
Cathay Bank seeks a VP, Risk Appetite & Reporting Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the Bank’s risk appetite program and enterprise-level risk reporting. The role requires a strong focus on execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in an environment of change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of relevant Financial Sector experience with particular focus in Risk Management
- At least three years of experience in management
- Experience with risk management programs, particularly in areas such as risk assessments, risk appetite and reporting, and general risk management
