Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver is seeking a Resident Life Navigator to provide crisis intervention and client milieu management within a crisis shelter setting. This role emphasizes safety, stability, and adherence to shelter rules, ensuring residents' well-being and contributing to the organization's mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to the poor.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively work with women in crisis situations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently
- Education and/or training in related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
