Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver is seeking a Shelter Associate Floater to provide compassionate support across multiple homeless shelter locations in the Denver metro and Lakewood areas. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to serving individuals experiencing homelessness. Requirements
- Availability to work across multiple shelter locations in Denver and Lakewood.
- Accurately and promptly complete all required documentation/data.
- Maintain current knowledge of ongoing events and changes.
- Enforce shelter rules uniformly.
- Respond appropriately to needs and crisis situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant and agency information.
