Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative supervision, oversight of staff, and ensuring the delivery of care in outpatient services. Responsibilities include monitoring program operations, providing direct clinical services, and developing processes to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from a nationally accredited institution
- LMSW, LCSW, LPCAT, LMHC license
- SIFI (Seminar in Field Education) Certification preferred
- 1-2 years' experience working with Substance Use Disorders and/or individuals with dual diagnoses
- Supervisory experience
- Time management, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to evaluate and intervene in crisis situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Public speaking, lobbying, and advocacy skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
