Job Description
The Driver will transport older adult clients on regularly scheduled routes, escort and assist infirm clients, and perform clerical functions. The position requires a valid New York State Driver's License and one year of driving experience with no moving violations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New York State Driver's License (Class D)
- Provision of printout of annual Driving Record from Motor Vehicle Bureau
- Defensive driving certificate within 6 months of employment
- One (1) year driving experience with no more than one moving violation within a 24-month period
- No driving while intoxicated convictions
- Knowledge of roadways in the area where program operates
- Ability to lift to 25lbs
