Driver - Full Time; 1161-711-N

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens is seeking a Driver to transport older adult clients on regularly scheduled routes to various destinations, escort and assist infirm clients, and perform clerical functions. The Driver will be required to transport clients safely and efficiently, while ensuring the safety of the passengers. The position involves working with seniors, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting their independence and health.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid New York State Driver's License (Class D)
• Defensive driving certificate
• One year driving experience with no more than one moving violation within a 24-month period
• Knowledge of roadways in the area where program operates
• Ability to lift 25lbs
