Job Description
The Program Service Coordinator I oversees the provision of safe, stable, affordable housing for 75 or less tenants living in Caring Communities SRO’s. The Program Service Coordinator I works as part of a team to ensure tenants are fully engaged in their housing and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in social services/human services/business or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience working in housing/mental health/or related field.
- Ability to appropriately assess/de-escalate/intervene in crisis.
- Able to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed.
- Ability to respond to 24-hour emergency by phone.
- Bilingual Preferred.
