Social Service Coordinator - Full Time; 7530-201-N

For over 125 years, Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been providing quality social services to the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens. The Social Service Coordinator works as an integral member of on-site support team providing safe affordable housing for tenants who live in Senior Housing properties managed by POP Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Excellent organizational, verbal, & written communication skills
• Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand, & sit
• Able to climb stairs if necessary
• Able to operate a computer keyboard, mouse & office equipment
• Ability to read printed materials and computer screens
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends) as assigned
• Able to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
