Job Description
The Social Worker will provide social service support to tenants and staff, create a meaningful experience for tenants to live independently, and enhance the team by performing interventions, coordinating care, and developing groups.
Requirements
- Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Human Services, Psychology or related field
- Demonstrated experience working with seniors developing social, educational, and health related programs.
- Demonstrated experience in care coordination/crisis intervention with seniors.
- Strong ability to motivate others
- Excellent organizational, verbal, & written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate on site meetings with CCBQ programs and outside agencies
- Ability to assess health, mental health, wellness, and housing needs
- Computer literate, including experience with all Microsoft Office software packages, local area networks, and the Internet
- Ability to work as a team member
- Bi-Lingual Chinese/Korean/Spanish/Russian/English Preferred
