Veteran Job Development Case Manager

As a Veteran Job Development Case Manager, you'll engage and cultivate relationships, provide assessment and conduct intakes, and offer case management services to military-affiliated candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience, required.
• Experience working with military-affiliated populations (veterans, spouses, transitioning service members), preferred.
• Experience in job development, business networking, and case management, preferred.
• Reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance, required.
• Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius of Wichita Falls, required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a team, required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, required.
• Familiarity with local labor market and veteran employment resources, required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
