Requirements
- Master's degree in human services, business management, or a related field
- Eight (8) years' experience in human services or a related field, including a minimum of five (5) years in supervision and management
- Demonstrated experience developing, managing, and overseeing program budgets
- Proven experience motivating and leading teams, building strong, collaborative work environments, and driving performance to accomplish organizational goals
