Job Description
Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing, inspection, testing, and sales floor operations. The role involves handling a variety of merchandise, assisting customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and serving as a backup in the donation bay. This position is directly supported by the mission of the Catholic Social Teachings.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for the mission of Catholic Charities
- Willingness to perform by agency's values: love, patience, kindness, faithfulness, self-control, and joy
- Catholic Charities promotes a diverse workforce; understanding Catholic Faith, and opposing any conflicting views
- Complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and ongoing training
- Strong customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of retail or thrift store operations preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Physical requirements: lift/move up to 25 lbs, stand/walk up to 9 hours
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varied conditions
