Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full Time Case Manager for their St. Lucy's Emergency Homeless Shelter in Jersey City, NJ. The Case Manager will deliver social services, intake, assessments, admissions, and develop Service Plans for homeless men and women.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred)
- 2-3 years experience working with the homeless population or related experience required
