Diocesan Principal

The Diocesan Principal is responsible for providing leadership and vision for the development of an active faith and academic community at a Catholic school. They will oversee various areas, including faith community, student services, policy, public relations, and finance. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with a Master's degree in education and experience in Catholic education or a related field.

Requirements

• Provides for the day-to-day operations of the school.

• Ensures the implementation of diocesan policies and procedures.
• Provides for the supervision and growth of personnel.
• Provides effective instructional leadership of programs which reflect the unique Catholic character of the school.
• Establishes student policies and procedures.
• Establishes, promotes, and nurtures an atmosphere of goodwill and rapport with the school's various publics.
• Pursues opportunities for growth.
• Exercises fiscal responsibility.
• Leads school through mission-focused and purposeful growth strategies.
• Supervises the custodial care and maintenance of the physical plant.
