Head Fresh/Soph Volleyball Coach

To instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training, while promoting character development, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Coach must know technical aspects of the sport and be a role model for student athletes.

Requirements

• Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport
• Knowledge of technical aspects of the sport and ability to examine new theories and procedures
• Ability to serve as a role model for student athletes
• Knowledge of athletic policies, regulations, and proper administrative line of command
• Ability to promote character traits such as trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship in student athletes
