Job Description
Discover a career where care goes both ways at Catholic Healthcare! We're looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high standard of nursing clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
- Strong coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Competent IT skills
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
