Relationship Managers

Catilas Resources Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager/Direct Sales Agent to work with a leading commercial Bank. The ideal candidate will have a proven customer support experience, be confident, target-driven, and customer-centric. Responsibilities include market research, customer feedback, retention, cross-selling, and up-selling, as well as product knowledge and lead generation.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in any discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower
• Not above 28 years
• Completed NYSC Status
• 6 months to 2 years' sales experience in a Financial Institution or Agency Supported Institution
• Customer service experience
• Self-motivation and self-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and IT skills
• Customer orientation and adaptability
