Requirements

• Professional qualification for the advanced fire service (B4)
• Training as leader and commander of a fire department according to FwDV 2
• Several years of experience and leadership experience in a professional or workshop fire department
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High social competence, flexibility, and stress tolerance
• Professional and safe appearance in stressful situations
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills (at least B2 level) in writing and speaking
• Unrestricted, permanent fitness for fire department duty, particularly breathing apparatus suitability according to DGUV recommendation
• Possession of a valid driving license (class C)
• Excellent physical fitness
• Willingness to relocate to the region
• Willingness to assume team leader duties in the alert system
