Stellvertretender Leiter Werkfeuerwehr (m/w/d)

As a member of our factory fire brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of yourself and others, as well as the protection of the environment and our facilities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the founding of the team and take on a leadership role in the administration area.

Requirements

• Qualification for the advanced fire-fighting service (B4)
• Training as a group leader and leader of a fire brigade according to FwDV 2
• Several years of experience and leadership experience in a professional or factory fire brigade
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High social competence, flexibility and resilience
• Professional and safe demeanor in stressful situations
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills (at least level B2) in word and writing
• Unrestricted, permanent fitness for fire service, especially respiratory fitness according to DGUV recommendations
• Possession of a valid Class C driving license
• Very good physical fitness
• Willingness to relocate to the region
• Willingness to take over the incident commander service in the on-call system
