Job Description
Cato Networks is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a large engineering organization responsible for the development of its cloud networking and security platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical vision, leadership skills, and experience in security, SaaS, and cloud-native platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior engineering leader
- Security domain experience
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product development
- Deep experience in system architecture and design of complex distributed systems
- Experience with modern backend and frontend stacks
- Experience with CI/CD, testing strategies, and operating services in fast release cycles
- Experience with monitoring, analytics, and observability systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent academic background
