We are looking for a Visual Designer specialized in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to design and deliver dynamic display and programmatic advertising creatives for performance-driven digital campaigns across multiple markets. The role requires strong design sensibility and a solid understanding of how creative assets perform across different audiences, funnel stages, and media environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Visual Designer role, with a strong focus on Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO)
- Proven experience in DCO campaigns, programmatic display, and template-based creative systems
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, digital funnels, and audience segmentation
- Experience working in test-and-learn environments, including A/B testing and creative optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with strong attention to detail
- Strong creative design sensibility, with the ability to independently develop high-quality, on-brand DCO templates for a brand with a well-established and distinctive visual identity
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
