Job Description
The Clinical Educator, RN will ensure that potential employees meet facility protocols and are continually in-serviced in all areas. The role involves reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and completing new hire paperwork. The Educator will also provide in-service training to staff, balance staff availability with resident care needs, and identify potential staffing gaps.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) or Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed and in good standing with the Board of Nursing in the State in which the facility is located.
